FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Sometimes when you're making enquiries, it's hard to know what questions to ask. Here are some of the questions that we get asked a lot. If your question isn't here, please just contact us and we'll be happy to help you with your specific enquiry.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
How
long is your turnaround?
Approximately three to four weeks.
Do
you do one-offs?
Yes. However they are more expensive.
Is
there any minimum quantity?
No. We can do small or large quantities.
Is
there a set up cost?
Generally, no. However, if artwork is required (e.g.
logos etc.), then a small cost will be incurred. Please contact us for more
details regarding these costs.
Do
we own our artwork once it is set up?
Yes, however we do keep a copy on disc so that we can
do reprints as required.
What
colours do you print in?
Essentially, you can have whatever colour you like!
However, fringing only comes in specific colours.
(Please see our colour chart for an idea
of ribbon choices.)
Fringing:
White, Silver, Autumn Gold, Yellow Gold, Royal, Navy,
Emerald, Maroon, Black and Red.
Does
it cost more to print in gold or silver?
There is no extra charge for using these colours when
printing sashes.
When printing prize ribbons, printing in gold or silver incurs an additional
cost of 5cents+gst per ribbon.
What
colours do you have in satin?
We have a colour chart of ribbons that we are happy
to post to you, but to get a general idea of your colour choice have a look
at our colour chart.
Can
you print in more than one colour?
We recommend that you choose one print colour because
changes in print colours do incur additional costs.
Do
you have a price list itemising sizes, classifications and colour swatch?
Yes. We have a catalogue folder that we are happy to
post to you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Do
we have to pay up front?
No. We issue an invoice at the time of purchase and
we ask that payment be made within 14 days.
(Unless prior arrangements have been made.)
Do
we get charged for freight?
Yes. We pass on our courier charges. We use couriers
because they offer the best time frames and it is a door to door service.
Is
GST included in your prices?
No. All our price lists are gst exclusive. You will
need to add gst on to our prices. However, for your reference, this is clearly
stated on the price lists.
Do
you give discounts?
No! However, if a club supports us, we do like to reciprocate.
Generally we donate product towards a show, e.g. a supreme award (very
nice!!). This is our way of helping a club or organisation.
